Hilal Itani is an accomplished construction claims and dispute resolution expert with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Director at HKA since January 2023, Hilal previously held the position of Managing Shareholder at H.I.F.C.C. FZE from November 2015 to December 2022, where the company was established to provide construction claims services in the UAE. Hilal's expertise spans across various roles, including Forensic Claims Consultant, Associate Director, and Contracts Manager, demonstrating a strong background in contract management, claim preparation, arbitration assistance, and risk assessment within the MENA region. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University and a Master's in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut. Additionally, Hilal holds a diploma in Civil Engineering from Lebanese University.
