Erin Gouveia is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Hive since September 2017. Prior to that, Erin has held various roles in customer success and project management at Second Story Interactive Studios, Rockwell Group, INIT, New York City Economic Development Corporation, and The Reinvestment Fund. Erin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in City Planning, Community, and Economic Development as well as the University of Notre Dame with a degree in English and Economics. Erin also holds a certificate in Product Management from General Assembly.
