Frank Holmes serves as the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of U.S. Global Investors since January 1990 and is also the Chairman of the Board for HIVE Blockchain Technologies LTD since September 2017. Holmes completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Western Ontario from 1975 to 1978 and attended Jarvis Collegiate Institute in Toronto, Canada, graduating with High School Grade 13 in Sciences and Sports from 1970 to 1975.
