Charlene Hovey has experience as a Case Manager at HIV Alliance since July 2022. Prior to this, Charlene worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Service Partners from July 2018 to March 2020. Charlene holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human Services from Umpqua Community College, which Charlene completed in 2014.
