Paul Montes is an experienced professional in the music and audio production industry, currently serving as the Director of Studio Operations for Aftermath Entertainment since December 2013. In addition to this role, Paul has been involved with HITMKR as a Partnerships Advisor and Investor since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Commercial Studio Administrator at Interscope Records' No Excuses Studios from November 2011 to November 2013 and working as an Audio Engineer for Howard Hill Productions from July 2009 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, Paul held the position of Assistant Engineer and Administrator at Mi Casa Multimedia from April 2007 to November 2011. Paul Montes completed education at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences between 2006 and 2007.
