Amit Panchal has extensive work experience in various operational and business excellence roles. Amit is currently the Head of Operations at Hitech Group, where they collaborate with the top management team to design and execute operation excellence practices. Amit'sresponsibilities include improving quality, reducing costs, advancing technology, engaging employees, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and enhancing operation excellence KPIs. Amit also focuses on nurturing a customer-centric culture by analyzing customer feedback, driving customer engagement initiatives, and promoting a zero-defect mindset.
