Rejane Gagliardi Costa Crisanti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and business operations. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Cisco since July 2023, Rejane previously spent 18 years at IBM in various managerial roles, including Software Engineering and Business Operations Manager, Chief of Staff for the CIO Digital Enablement & Supply Chain, and CIO Global Infrastructure Communications & ITSM Operations Lead, among others. Responsibilities have encompassed overseeing operations management, vendor management, workforce management, and communication strategies within large organizations. Rejane holds a Master's degree in Strategic Enterprise Management and a Bachelor's degree in Languages from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, along with an Associate's degree in Administration from ETE Rosa Perrone Scavone.
