Scott Biederman graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Began career at General Motors R & D center in Warren, MI in 1994 and moved to Saginaw, MI as a process engineer in 1996. Moved to Massena, NY in 2000 and held various positions in production supervision, quality and manufacturing engineering. Moved to Milford, NH as a Liaison Engineer for GM at Metal Casting Technology, Inc. (MCT) in 2003. Became President, MCT in 2008. Joined Hitchiner® in 2012 as President, MCT and Hitchiner's Vice President, Technology . Received the AFS Howard F. Taylor Award in 1997 and is a member of AFS, FEF and ASM.
