Theodore Nelson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in welding and robotic programming. Currently, Theodore serves as a Robotic Programmer/CWI at HitchDoc since September 2021. Previously, Theodore held the position of Process Engineer/Quality Manager at fabtech inc. from December 2020 to September 2021, and was a CWI/CWE at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) from December 2015 to October 2020. Theodore’s career began at AGCO Corporation, where roles included Sr. Weld Engineering Technician, Production Welder, Fabricator, and Assembler from January 1994 to November 2015. Educational qualifications include a diploma from Windom Area High School, covering General Studies, Welding, Metal Work, and Auto Mechanics, as well as training from the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology in 2011.
