Deborah Holst is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Hitachi Global Air Power Australia, Deborah previously held similar positions at Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute, Wellington City Council, and Heidelberg Graphic Equipment Ltd. With a career spanning over 20 years, Deborah has successfully managed HR teams and developed organizational strategies in both public and private sectors, including significant contributions at the Department of Premier & Cabinet and various local councils. Deborah holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
