Subhashini Panyam is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Head at Hitachi Digital Services since May 2018, Subhashini has also held multiple leadership roles including TA - Americas Leader, Global Business Partner for Digital Solutions, and Regional Director. Prior experience includes a tenure at Broadridge from January 2007 to April 2018, where Subhashini was Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition, along with previous roles at ADP, CSC, and LS Consultancy. Subhashini holds a Masterā€™s Degree in Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, completed in 2015.
