Chris Creighton is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget management, fiscal analysis, and public administration. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Budget Director at History Colorado since August 2022, Chris has also been a Board Member and Treasurer at The ROCK Center since August 2018. Prior roles include Senior Budget and Policy Analyst at the Colorado Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting, Budget & Finance Manager at the Town of Castle Rock, and Sr. Fiscal Analyst with the Colorado Legislative Council, where non-partisan fiscal policy analysis was performed for the Colorado General Assembly. Chris's background includes serving as Sr. Research Analyst for the Lake County Office of Finance and Administrative Services and Associate Budget and Management Analyst in Broward County. Chris holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
