Adam Draves is an accomplished business development manager with extensive experience in the aviation maintenance and repair industry. Currently employed at Hisco, Inc. since July 2021, Adam has previously served as a technical service representative at AkzoNobel and as a paint supervisor at Textron. Key responsibilities include estimating repair costs, ensuring quality control of paint work, and developing custom paint schemes for a variety of aircraft. Adam holds a diploma in Advanced Composites and Technologies from The Fab School, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and an Associate of Science in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology from Waukesha County Technical College.
