Matthew Koenig is an R&D Project Engineer at HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. since May 2021, following a role as a Service Center Representative with Resident Housing and Education Services from April 2019 to May 2020. In this previous position, Matthew assessed resident needs, implemented effective solutions, managed mail and package distribution, and ensured the safety of residents by overseeing room keys and access cards. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2020, and also attended Saginaw Valley State University from 2016 to 2017.
