Jaclyn Aguirre, MS, CAPM has a diverse range of work experience. Jaclyn joined HireVue in 2016 and held various positions within the company, including Senior Director of Customer Operations Enablement and Director of Professional Services Center of Excellence. Prior to HireVue, they served as an HR Business Partner at Suncrest Solar ProAlliance in 2016 and as an HR Generalist at Academy Mortgage Corporation from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they gained management experience as a Store Manager at both Pacific Sunwear from 2011 to 2015 and Zumiez from 2007 to 2011.
Jaclyn Aguirre holds a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business- Human Resource Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014. Jaclyn also pursued General Studies at Washington State University from 2005 to 2007. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid USA in 2016, Assurance Of Learning from SHRM in 2014, CompTia Project+ from CompTIA in 2014, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in November 2018.
