Janie Dellinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Manager and Global Quality and Service Manager at HireRight since April 2019, Janie is responsible for monitoring service processes within the global customer service department. Prior to this role, Janie worked as a Client Relationship Manager at General Information Systems from February 2018 to April 2019 and held various positions including Store Director, Service Area Manager, Head Bookkeeper, Pricing Coordinator, and GM Clerk at BI-LO from October 1989 to October 2017. Janie Dellinger has an educational background from Illinois State University and Lincoln Land Community College.
