Amartya Bhargava is a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in growth, research, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at HireQuotient since October 2021, Amartya previously held prominent positions at the eDC IIT Delhi, including President and Marketing Director, and accumulated research experience at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and Harvard University. Amartya's early involvement at Rendezvous IITD included various leadership roles, and further roles included Graduate Teaching Assistant at IIT Delhi and several analytical positions in supply chain and finance. Amartya holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, complemented by minors in Business Administration and Management, as well as Economics.
