Luke McGinn is an experienced UX/UI Designer and Technical Recruiter with a diverse background in recruiting and product design. Currently serving as a UX/UI Designer at Climate since September 2019 and Co-Founder/Product Designer at Hirehac since June 2021, Luke previously held the role of Head of Growth at SelfKey Foundation, where responsibilities included implementing a structured interview process and developing hiring roadmaps. Prior recruitment experience includes significant roles at Amazon and Verticalmove, Inc., where Luke contributed to building engineering teams for various tech companies and startups. Luke's early career involved providing tech support at Ricoh USA, Inc., coupled with a solid educational foundation, holding a B.S. in Philosophy and Political Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
