Yvonne Likomanova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent at Radical Ventures since February 2022, Yvonne previously held roles as Vice President of Technology at Inventure and Technical Recruiter at Stripe. In addition to advisory work at Hireflow, Yvonne has significant leadership experience, including serving as the West Coast Regional Director for the Hedge Fund Association. Yvonne began a career in entertainment and finance, with early internships and positions at companies such as Electric Entertainment and Film Finances. Yvonne holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Film Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
