Beth Glassman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employment counseling and recruitment. Since 2009, Beth has served as a Senior Employment Counselor and Case Manager at HIRED, managing services for dislocated workers and adult programs while demonstrating expertise in various career assessment tools and job search strategies. Previously, Beth held roles as an Associate Recruiting Business Partner at MRA - The Management Association, and as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower, where recruitment and candidate management were key responsibilities. Beth's earlier experience at General Mills spanned marketing coordination, customer service, and HR benefits, managing substantial budgets and cross-functional projects. Education includes studies at the University of Minnesota and the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, along with a high school diploma from Rochester Mayo High School.
