Ning Wei has been working in the business sector for over a decade. In 2009, they began their career at AT&T as a Retail Sales Manager. In 2013, they worked as a Corporate Tax Intern at Gucci, and then as a Financial Analyst at Bloomberg LP. In 2014, they moved to GAIN Capital as a Corporate Financial Analyst, and in 2016 they joined Goldman Sachs as a Controller. Currently, Ning Wei is the Founder and CEO of HireBeat, an HR software company providing enterprise SaaS solutions.

Ning Wei has an education history that includes attending The Wharton School in 2020 to study Entrepreneurship and Rutgers Business School in 2013 to study Accounting and Finance.
