DeCarlo Duling has extensive experience in both legal and educational fields. Currently serving as a Paralegal at Hire Counsel since May 2013, DeCarlo has developed an expertise in interpreting laws and regulations, analyzing legal rights, and examining public records. Prior to this role, DeCarlo studied at Davidson Community College, focusing on legal analysis and advice from August 2011 to May 2013. DeCarlo's earlier career spans over two decades in education at Atlanta Public Schools from September 1984 to May 2007, holding positions as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Coach, while also directing a significant after-school program aimed at at-risk youth. DeCarlo obtained a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Education from Michigan State University.
