Breandan O'Scealai is an experienced legal project manager currently working at Hire Counsel since July 2023. Prior to this role, O'Scealai held positions at Epiq from November 2019 to June 2023 as a team lead and assistant review manager, where responsibilities included managing remote and in-office review teams and performing Relativity administrator functions. Before Epiq, O'Scealai served as a review manager at Innovative Driven from 2017 to 2019, assuming sole management of the New York City Review Center and training personnel in technology use. Additional experience includes review management at Epiq Systems from 2013 to 2017, discovery attorney roles at various legal firms from 2004 to 2013, and serving as a soldier in the United States Army Reserve from June 1997 to May 2005. O'Scealai holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, a law certificate from Trinity College Dublin, and a BA in History and Writing from Binghamton University.
