Susan Hargrove is an experienced executive assistant with a comprehensive background in the music industry. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd / The Family (Music) Ltd since September 2020, Susan has previously held significant roles, including Executive Assistant to the President/CEO at Big Deal Music Group and Executive Assistant to the head of A&R at BMG Music Publishing. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President at Chrysalis Music Group and holding a position as Packaging Manager at Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
