Sarah Harrington is a seasoned performance coach with extensive experience in health, conditioning, and wellbeing. Currently, Sarah serves as a performance coach at Red Bull Racing and as a performance coach with Hintsa Performance since January 2017. In addition, Sarah has been a health and wellbeing specialist at Sally Gunnell's Corporate Wellbeing since September 2011, focusing on designing wellbeing packages and delivering workshops. Sarah's previous roles include strength and conditioning consultant at BARRY MCGUIGAN BOXING ACADEMY from November 2012 to July 2015 and providing rehabilitation and training as a strength, conditioning, and rehab specialist at KX life from November 2009 to September 2013. Academic contributions include serving as a visiting lecturer at MDX University, where responsibilities included delivering lectures and overseeing assessments in sports science and rehabilitation. Sarah also contributed to the development of strength and conditioning programs for England Basketball and the University of Portsmouth.
