Kaustubh Basu is a Product Designer at Hindware Limited since November 2022, previously serving as an Assistant Professor at Royal Global University until May 2023. With extensive experience in concept design, Kaustubh held the position of Group Lead and Team Member at Dorset Industries Private Limited from April 2018 to November 2022, and also worked as a Team Member at Dorset Kaba Security Systems Pvt Ltd from June 2014 to March 2018. Responsibilities included conducting market research, conceptualizing and designing product lines, creating functional prototypes, and package design. Kaustubh gained early experience as a Visual Merchandising Intern at Shoppers Stop and as an Industrial Design Intern at Dorset Kaba Security Systems Pvt Ltd. Kaustubh holds a Bachelor of Design in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India and completed high school in Science at K.V IIT Guwahati.
