Aditya Pandey has accumulated significant experience in the energy sector, beginning as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Jindal Power Limited, where operation responsibilities included a 250 MW unit of a 4*250 MW Super Thermal Power Plant from July 2010 to June 2011. Since June 2011, Aditya has been with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, progressing through various roles, including Senior Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and currently serving as Senior Manager - Digital Transformation, focusing on diverse digital initiatives within the marketing division of the downstream sector.
