Trevor Arumugam has extensive experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, holding various leadership roles including Managing Director at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and Head of Commercial at Merchants. In addition to these positions, Trevor also served as a BPO Executive and BPO Operations Executive at ELEMENTARY SOLUTIONS and Merchants, respectively, as well as Head of Call Centres at Business Connexion. Educationally, Trevor completed Matriculation with a focus on English between 1987 and 1989.
