Savita Jones is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and client services across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions since June 2022, Savita previously held the position of Vice President Canada at TTEC from February 2021 to June 2022. Additional roles include Head of Operations at Teleperformance, NAS Global Shoring Senior Director at ADP, and Vice President of Client Services at The ALEA Group. Savita has also contributed to organizations such as Sitel, ClientLogic, Avotus Corporation, Sandylion Sticker Designs, and ATC in various leadership capacities. Savita holds an educational background from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
