Dr. Umamaheswararao Vuyyuru is an experienced R&D Manager specializing in Power Electronics, currently employed at Hind Rectifiers Ltd since May 2022, leading projects on high voltage gate drivers, ESP power supplies, and traction converters. Previous roles include Senior Lead Hardware Engineer at Aerostrovilos Energy, where design and testing of hardware components were key responsibilities, and Postdoctoral Researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, contributing to the UK India Clean Energy Research Institute project focused on solar PV technology and microgrid stability. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Master’s in Power Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from J N T U KAKINADA.
