Sohail Hassan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing diverse business ventures and community organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at MarketSpace Capital since January 2018, Sohail leads a private equity real estate firm focused on value-add investments and attainable housing. Concurrently, as President of SACC Houston, the first South Asian chamber in Houston, Sohail has significantly advanced the South Asian community. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Simplify Solar, VP of Cultivation at Square Melons, Principal at Bovay Engineers International, Founder and CEO of One Stop Green, and Director of U.S. Operations at Apex Group of Companies. Educational qualifications encompass a B.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University, a Masters from The George Washington University, a Certificate in Real Estate Management from Cornell University, and additional certifications in Advanced International Affairs and European Union Politics.
