Riley Shurack, MPH, LSSYB, is an accomplished public health professional currently serving as an ORISE Fellow in Electronic Case Reporting at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since August 2024. As an Executive Assistant for the HIMSS South Florida Chapter, Riley manages administrative functions for an executive board and coordinates logistics for various events. Previous experience includes a Quality Intern position at Community Care Plan, where Riley analyzed health data for Medicaid members and identified care gaps. Riley also held roles as a Student Project Coordinator at the University of Haifa, where the institution became a WHO Collaborating Center, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, focusing on health data analysis. Education includes a Master's degree in Health Informatics and Analytics from Florida International University, a Master of Public Health from the University of Haifa, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
