Nidhi Chauhan has a diverse work experience in the field of fragrance and sensory evaluation. Nidhi started their career at New Standard Perfumery Works as a Production Chemist, where they focused on sensory evaluation of fragrant chemicals and essential oils. Nidhi then worked at FFDC as a Production Chemist, formulating herbal and aromatherapy products and conducting physicochemical, instrumental, and sensory analysis of plant extracts and aroma chemicals. Nidhi then joined ITC Limited as a Research Associate, where they managed sensory panel selection and training, supervised stability studies, and collaborated with consumer research teams for fragrance selection and product development. Nidhi also ensured compliance with ISO standards and handled financial aspects of the lab. At Syngene International Limited, Nidhi worked as a Sensory Scientist for Herbalife nutrition, developing sensory evaluation strategies, conducting consumer evaluations, and mentoring teams in sensory techniques. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Research Scientist (Fragrance Lead) at Himalaya Herbal Healthcare.

Nidhi Chauhan obtained an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from Dr. B R Ambedkar University from 2000 to 2002.
