Jose Fraticelli, AIA, NCARB, is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in various architectural roles. Currently serving as an Architect II at Stellar since January 2023, Fraticelli previously held the position of Program Architect at Atlantic-AE from October 2020 to December 2022, and Associate Architect at oysk3 architects for a brief period in 2020. At Hilton, from September 2018 to June 2020, responsibilities included providing critical support to senior project managers and ensuring compliance with brand standards across multiple project phases. Earlier career experience includes contributing to hospitality projects at HBG Design, conducting internships at Luis Ayala Rubio Arquitecto and Office One Architecture, and assisting in land surveying at MSServices. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a Project Management course from Project Management Partners.
