Anne Poirier currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at Hilton Head Health, a position held since January 2023. In addition, Anne is the Founder of Shaping Perspectives, LLC, and operates Shaping Perspectives; A Woman's Way to Joy, providing intuitive eating counseling and body confidence coaching. Previous experience includes serving as Program Director at Green Mountain at Fox Run, where Anne developed programs emphasizing body image and self-care strategies. Anne also held roles at Colby Sawyer College, focusing on strength and conditioning, exercise program design, and group classes. Anne's educational background includes graduate studies with a specialization in eating disorders, having obtained certification at Plymouth State University.
