This team, comprising roles such as PBX Operator, Security Manager, Conference Service Manager, Event Manager, and Operations Manager, collaborates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage logistics, uphold safety standards, and coordinate all aspects of meetings and conferences within the resort's expansive facilities.
