Zeynep Solak has extensive experience in project management and customer service within the corporate sector. Currently serving as a Global Project Manager in Digital Marketing and Customer Service & CRM at Hilti Group since March 2019, Zeynep previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Hilti Turkey from January 2015 to March 2019. Prior roles include Market Sensing and Pricing Manager and Strategic Planning Specialist at Akkök Holding from October 2010 to December 2014, as well as roles as Finance Assistant Specialist at Ak-Pa and Process Assistant Specialist at Turkland Bank. Zeynep holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Istanbul Technical University and Université de Caen Normandie, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
