Tobias Schelling is an experienced professional in the software industry, currently serving as the Head of Software Business Unit Measuring at Hilti Group since September 2017, where responsibilities include guiding and coaching teams. Prior to this role, Tobias held several positions at Leica Geosystems AG, including Head of Testing and Team Leader Software Quality, focusing on context-driven software quality management. Tobias's extensive background includes leading teams in lean and agile methodologies as a Project Manager and Team Leader, as well as serving as Product Owner for software licensing and Project Leader. Tobias began their career as a Software Engineer, developing firmware and software across various platforms. Tobias holds a Master's degree in Product Development and a degree in Computer Science from FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
