Ralf Diekmann is a seasoned IT executive currently serving as the VP Global IT and Head of Information Management at Hilti Group since April 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing all Information Management Systems and driving the transformation towards an information-enabled enterprise. Previously, Ralf Diekmann held various leadership roles at Hilti, focusing on Cyber Security Strategy, IT Risk and Security Management, IT Governance, and Business Excellence. Ralf Diekmann's early career included project management of SAP implementations at Hilti Italia, as well as roles as a Corporate Process Owner and Research Engineer at Hilti AG. Ralf Diekmann earned a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Paderborn University.
