Nicolas Wohlwend currently serves as Regional CFO for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Hilti Group, overseeing financial planning and analysis, controlling, reporting, and variable compensation across multiple entities with a team of 12 finance professionals since April 2021. Previously, Nicolas worked as Finance Director of Hilti Qatar, managing finance, compliance, and legal matters, and had an interim role as HR Director. Nicolas's experience at Hilti Switzerland included roles as Head of Controlling & Projects, Senior Controller, and Junior Controller, all focused on financial and marketing controlling. Early career experiences include internships with Hilti North America, Swiss firm Hilti Group, and various projects with organizations such as Watershed Organisation Trust and ThyssenKrupp Presta. Nicolas holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same institution, alongside certification as a Project Management Associate IPMA Level D.
