Annu Pandey currently serves as an Area Sales Manager at Hilti India since October 2019, overseeing sales operations in Pune and surrounding areas while leading a team of nine direct reports and five dotted line reports. Prior experience includes roles as Process Expert and Technical Account Manager at Hilti India, where notable achievements included winning the Top Sales Club award and actively participating in the Women's Advisory Council. Previously, Annu held positions such as Innovation Fellow and Business Development Consultant at the National Innovation Foundation, focusing on grassroots innovations, and worked as an Engineering Analyst at Accenture. Annu holds an MBA in Project Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.
