Jason R. Buckley is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Nurse Supervisor at Hilo Medical Center's Orthopedic Clinic since November 2022, Jason previously held the position of Kupu Care Palliative Medicine Clinical Lead Nurse at Hawaii Care Choices from September 2020 to November 2022, focusing on palliative care. Prior to that, Jason worked as an Angiography Staff Nurse and Clinical Educator at Hilo Medical Center, supporting interventional cardiology and radiology procedures and providing training to nursing staff. Jason's early career includes roles in critical care at Kona Community Hospital and North Hawaii Community Hospital, as well as extensive experience at Lifespan in various intensive care and cardiovascular roles. Jason earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 2010.
