Neil Melrose has extensive experience in water reclamation and cardiac testing. Since June 2001, Neil has held the position of Water Reclamation Plant Manager at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., after initially serving as Water Reclamation Plant Coordinator. Prior to this role, Neil worked as a Cardiac Testing Technician at Valley Heart Associates Medical Group from June 1992 to June 2001. Neil's career began in the US Army, where service as a Soldier spanned from March 1988 to June 1992. Neil completed a High School Diploma at North Bend Senior High School between 1986 and 1989 and pursued further education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
