Lauren (Rauth) Catron's work experience begins in 2011 at KQTV, where they served as a Producer. In this role, they were responsible for producing weekend newscasts, serving as on-air weather talent, managing the assignment desk, writing and editing content for the website, conducting interviews for on-air segments, and shooting and editing stories for broadcast.

Lauren (Rauth) Catron completed their high school education at Bishop LeBlond Memorial High School, from 2003 to 2007. Lauren then pursued a degree in Journalism with a focus on Magazine at the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating in 2011.
