Tomasz Jaroszewski has extensive experience in the legal and transactions field. Tomasz started their career as a Legal Intern at Credit Suisse in 2009 and later worked as a Tax Intern at PwC Polska in 2011. Tomasz then became a Paralegal at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2012 before moving to Clifford Chance LLP as a Lawyer from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Hillwood as Counsel, eventually rising to the position of Vice President - Legal and Transactions in 2022.

Tomasz Jaroszewski obtained a Master's degree in Prawo from the University of Wroclaw in 2013. Additionally, they completed a Licencjat in Biznes miedzynarodowy from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2013 as well.
