Cyreena Boston Ashby serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest since June 2020, leading initiatives that support girls and youth. Concurrently, Cyreena holds the position of Interim Executive Director and Of Counsel at Hilltop Public Solutions, advising a diverse clientele. Previously, Cyreena was a Partner at Hilltop Public Solutions and served as Principal at Shatter LLC, a political consulting firm. Other leadership roles include Chair of the Board of Directors for the Northwest Health Foundation, Board Secretary for Health Share of Oregon, and CEO of the Oregon Public Health Institute. Cyreena's experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Imagine Black, Deputy Director in the State of Oregon, and being a Leadership Foundation Fellow with the International Women's Forum. Educational credentials include Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD, as well as a BA in History from Spelman College.
