Rebecca A. Weitzel has extensive experience in leadership and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Growth at Hilltop Community Resources since August 2019, overseeing Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Marketing & Development functions. Prior roles include Chief People Officer and Senior Director of People Operations at Good Life Wellness Solutions from June 2017 to January 2022, where the platform was sold to Monument Health, as well as Lead Advisor at Health Links - Center for Health, Work & Environment at the Colorado School of Public Health from February 2016 to July 2018, assisting organizations in workplace wellness implementation. Rebecca also held the position of Wellness Manager at Hilltop Community Resources from April 2010 to July 2017. Rebecca A. Weitzel holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University Worldwide and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado, complemented by training in Behavior Design.
