Jon Balsbaugh is an experienced educator currently serving as an Associate Professor of Education at Hillsdale College and as the owner of Kairos Educational Consulting. Balsbaugh previously held the position of President at Trinity Schools, Inc., where significant contributions to educational reform were made since the organization's inception. Prior roles include Headmaster and Teacher at Trinity School at River Ridge. Balsbaugh holds a Master of Arts in English from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Master's University.
