Jon Sexton is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project management. Currently serving as an Estimator at HILLS Properties since February 2019, Jon Sexton is responsible for providing quantity estimates for development and construction projects, collaborating closely with the Vice President of Planning & Construction. Prior to this role, Jon Sexton held various positions at Fischer Homes, including Chief Estimator and Product Offering Manager, where responsibilities included managing installation of community structures and maintaining estimating software. Jon Sexton's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Kitchen Manager at Cold Spring Roadhouse and Foreman at Iceberg Enterprises. Jon Sexton holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University and a Certificate in Carpentry from C.E. McCormick Area Technology Center.
