Rema Tomka is a seasoned professional in construction risk management and commercial due diligence with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Hillmann Consulting, LLC since February 2024, Rema previously operated as a Self Employed Commercial Due Diligence Specialist from 2003 to February 2024, focusing on Phase I Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Construction Monitoring, and Pre-Construction Plan and Cost Analysis.
